A designated Personal Manager within MYM will handle any and all requests and will assist you with all matters related to your boat/yacht.

IN-TIME RENEWAL NOTICES
No longer need to remember about your boat/yacht renewals, you will be notified about all renewals in a timely manner by your Personal Manager.
GUIDANCE ON REQUIREMENTS
Any changes to the local requirements? Never mind, you will be notified by your Personal Manager about all changes to the requirements as well as the guidance will be provided on a case by case basis.
PAPERWORK
No longer need to fill out any application or related documents to your boat/yacht, this will be handled by your Personal Manager.
PAYMENT OF FEES AND COSTS
Your Personal Manager will guide you on the options available for payment of related fees and costs.
PICK UP & DELIVERY
Pick up and delivery of the original boat/yacht documents to any place in Malta is completely free for you. Otherwise, the original documents will be sent by a courier to the address agreed between you and your Manager against disbursement only.
FOLLOW UP & REPORTING
Keep control over pending tasks and periodic follow ups via reports from your Personal Manager for adequate decision-making.
SPECIAL RATES AND TARRIFS
No more hidden fees, only market rates and tarrifs and even better, you will use the special rates and tarrifs which may apply to the MYM only.
DISCOUNT
You will automatically receive a discount of up to 10% on the MYM's Assistance and Optional Services (management fees).
ASSISTANCE WITH
REGISTRATION & RENEWAL
MYM will handle all matters related to your boat/yacht registration and its renewal, thus ensuring you can go about your busy schedule, but at the same time ensure your boat/yacht is fully operational at any time.
RADIO LICENCE & RENEWAL
MYM will handle all matters related to your boat/yacht radio license and its renewal (when and if applicable).
INSURANCE & RENEWAL
MYM will assist you in finding the most competitive rates, insurance solutions and managing insurance matters.
SURVEY
MYM will assist and guide you on survey and certification in accordance with the requirements for your boat/yacht (when and if applicable).
BUNKERING
MYM will coordinate bunker requirements. Simply inform us of your requirements and allow us to source the best-priced bunker and making the respective booking on your behalf. The bunker supplier will be directed to your berth allowing you to oversee the operation.
BERTH RESERVATION
MYM will assist you in finding a cost-efficient berth place in Malta as fast as possible.
TrAINING
MYM will assist and guide you on crew training and requirements with regular training arrangements.
CLEANING
MYM will coordinate your request for any cleaning requirements you may have.
PROVISIONING
MYM will deliver provisions to your boat/yacht in a timely manner, thus allowing you to focus on the recreational aspect of your adventures.
MAINTENANCE, REPAIRS & UPGRADES
While your boat/yacht maintenance, repairs and upgrades can be complicated or lengthy in process, they should not be stressful for you. MYM will establish a schedule and planning for maintenance, repairs and upgrades.

VAT is not included in the Membership Fees displayed above. When applicable, VAT is charged separately and will be itemised on invoices and billing information.
*LOA stands for ‘Length Overall’ in meters and is a measurement of your boat/yacht length including any spars that protrude from the hull or platforms on the stern. The importance of LOA is obvious when docking in a marina slip, especially when you need to account for a dock wall or bulkhead.
Shore based management is mandatory for commercially registered and operated yachts of *500 GT (‘Gross Tonnage’) and above. MYM can be engaged as a Yacht Management Company for yachts that exceed 500 GT regardless of Flag Administration. Please refer to our FAQ for more details.
*Optional Services are to be provided on additional conditions under Add-On Application for each service. The amount of tariff for each Optional Service will be provided in the Add-On Application to the Membership T&Cs.
